Don't understand these comments
AD to DD is a promotion. Criteria for promotion, while not fully transparent, does not vary that much across civil service / public service agencies
Meaning to say, if one was given clear opportunies to shine, performance grade in previous years above average, bosses actions show they think well of you, and so on, need to be told beforehand?
Anyway only a few weeks and all will be known, patience!
