Wonder whether will have leak on Workday on 1st April like last year. Instead of releasing letter on Workday on 1st April like how they used to do it when letters were issued physically, now they mind games and release 1 week later to give people the "option" of approaching bosses if you want to see letter earlier, which almost no one takes up except for those who expecting promotion and cannot sleep unless they know they outcome.
Bolioa! Should just release it on April 1st like previously. Trying to cut cost by going electronic yet still release later. Lousy way of Green-washing!
