Yes. They now hire fusion(for poly) instead nucleus (for degree) because cut cost ( 1 nucleus equal 2 fusion)

Is it normal that fresh grads are thrown into new project and automatically become the lead developer for one end? IE only person working on that end

Fusion hires too cheap compared to Nucleus hires what to do, race to the bottom in manpower costs as the supply of tech grads overtake the demand for entry level positions.

There are thousands of grads applying for entry level tech jobs in today's market, NCS cant be choosy though because of its bad rep and low pay. As the saying goes, if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys.

Does NCS keep permanent records of their ex-contract staff (staff who are outsourced from external companies but work for NCS as client) ?
