For Grab, if you can get in, it's 5-6k for fresh cs grads from NUS.

They will normally increase to 7k upon finishing probation, but I heard its not easy to get in as they are very particular on certain comptency.

Grab and Honestbee pays well for software engineer roles, not as competitive for non-technical roles.
According to my peers, Ninjavan pays poorly as a startup, not a good working environment either.
Not too sure about lazada
