Hi, I've rcved the pb results too! I din get my promotion after 4.5 yrs of wait....just got awarded an A for last yr performance. I am thinkin of jumping ship...wondering if I were to join the stats board, can I request for a cross over to a higher position, as my current pay has hit the scale of mx 11. Any ideas, anyone?

Classic case of high performance, low(er) potential. One reason why morale can be quite low amongst farmers.

I've gotten 3 Bs and 1 As. No promotion.but the workload keeps expanding each yr.esp with the A, more excuses/reasons for the director to load me further.however the amount of sweat I put in and whether i will b promoted aren't correlated.guess, I'd better off in pte.

From the thread, some say most people will retire at MX10. If you are gunning for MX10 now at such a young age, then won't you remain stagnant from your next promotion onwards?

You would already have left if you can find a better job in the private sector. So keep quiet and continue working.
