No you are not. That is exactly what will happen. I've seen a few cases for MSO, once they've reached the ceiling of their grade, no more MI. So they only wait for PB every year. Then again, these people have been working for more than 10 years, and probably earn around the range of 5000 - 6000 a month already.

Pls dun spread rumousrs lah. A MSO I ceiling is $7025 - a person who work more than 10 years may have been stuck at a lower grade earning only 2K-3K+.

Please stop spreading rumours. Those who are working as a MSO for 10 years or more definitely earn more than 3K a month. Depending on how much your supervisor likes you, there are those who've already breached the 5k mark in their 10 years of service.
