Yes it does.. My base is 6.4k, and they pay me AWS (1 month) and bonuses (0.5 months) monthly. So my monthly gross ia abt 7.3k, which is still about 2k pay cut..

2.7-3.3k depends on which ministry. Not worth to be honest, plus it’s an external hiring agency that’s paying you. No bonus and 13th month.

Base 7.4k, 600 allowance, 40 phone allowances
Around 16month annual package depending on performance.
PB and Annual increment coming in July.
