the MX range is the same for all ministries... they can only offer you a salary within the range

i am not the OP but the bonus should work out to as per below
1 month AWS
0.3 month mid year avc
1 month end year avc
PB
MAC if in engineering scheme
so total up 6 months is very possible

depending on your seniority. the higher you are, the more months.
ie. mx11a should get about 3.5 for PB for grade B
