This will never happen in my SB and also Ministry HQ where i was previously in.

DD can decide who to hire? Minimally a SD bah.

DD (mx9) and me (mx10) is the one who shortlist for interview.
Decision to hire will be GD aka C level. There is no such designation SD in my SB.
first interview is RO (me) + DD
second interview is DD + D
final interview is HR, DD, D + GD

yes, if the gross refer to this.. almost all PS will reach within 10 yrs, regardless of scheme

male 11 yr also.. 8.5k on a 16mth avg package.. IT..
