I am a mx10 in a SB. Technical role.
Both my DD and me dont look at education or professional certs when the resumes reach us. We focus on job experience and "performance" during the interview.

but i am not sure if HR will do one round of filter before forwarding to us. in anyway, like i said, the resume i receive do have candidates from private uni.

so far i have 2 mx11a and 2 mx11 direct report.
1 from NUS masters, 3 from private uni.
