this can also be SM or even SDD in some SB..
anyway designation is dependent of agencies.. just need to know head is mx10 lower

Are teachers (GEO) paid roughly the same as MX scheme? Or which is higher?

Head appointment in my SB is MX11A-equivalent. Managers and SM are 12 and 11 respectively.

Heads report to DDs, who are either of MX10 or MX9 level.

DDs in turn report to Directors, who are either of MX9 or MX8 level.

Heard to say, different ministries/agencies use different nomenclature. But most likely either a 11A (AD equivalent).

yeap, SB usually different. But head in min so far all i see is mx10.
mx11a is SAD, mx11 is AD

but if poster can share pay grade ceiling or the exact min then can confirm. else all no one can cfm.

Have an offer of around 6.2 base with >5years of experience. Is this consider normal? There's also some allowance on top of it.

I've always been MX. Very very poor.

But I don't understand, people move to earn more. Why would you even consider moving to something that pays less?
