you dont seems to be in public or civil service.

if you are referring to the designation "head", it's mx10. 1 level above SAD and 1 level below deputy director in a typical ministry

Division Head is a role or an appointment. Most division head is a deputy director depending on agency.

Most of the "average" farmer stops at MX 11a to be honest....

Only some will go to MX 10, i will say at mid 40s onwards , depending how fast an average farmer you are.
