Pay adjustment
Hi, anyone has experience of getting pay adjusted after informing HR of another offer while you are already in the role?
I have another offer but I enjoy working with my current team and to have the current HR match the offer

Maybe trying resigning with the offer in hand and see if they counter offer. It sometimes works that way in the private sector but not sure about public.

Hi, does anybody knows if I decide to hop from one statboard/ ministry to another and the new agency offers me this direct movement policy, where my number of years in the civil/ public service is being retained even if you quit the existing statboard and join the other, will the new agency also see my performance grades of the past years and will they be transferred over as well? Will that be taken into consideration for the salary that will be offered to me. Many thanks to the kind soul(s) in advance!

Transfer of CEP
Hi, does anyone knows if CEP will be transferred from SB to SB under movement policy? The movement is not arranged by my previous SB, but i applied it myself.
