How many years of exp do you have? If you have like 2 years exp, would be good if you just quit and get your studies over with. If you already have like 3-5 years…it’s really up to you. When you go to uni most of your peers will be vastly younger so there’s that to consider too

Thanks for the feedback...i dk if HR will be happy with me leaving halfway in contract...like sometimes uni send offers out very late

What's the difference between having 2 years or 3 to 5 years work experience anyways? Suss is still a local uni. What's the discrimination like??

According to this reddit post, my degree only determines my starting pay and if i am gonna get hired. If i am willing to work hard at my job, i don't see why not I get the promotion and pay increase.
