It's most likely equal, as mine was just a degree without honors. I believe they do take into consideration for overseas 2:1 or 1:1

Hello i am wondering if the government considers master’s degree as well, even if they are not relevant. I read that they don’t usually pay Masters unless absolutely necessary. Or do they count it as a year of work experience? Thx.

I confirm as a victim, they disregard it. My work and masters is directly relevant.
However they will pay for your honours even if completely irrelevant. Let's say u studied business then now u have 10 years exp as an engineer, you get paid for the honours + 10 years exp to be hired as an engineer.

LTA package
got a job interview from LTA. i understand that LTA have mid, year end bonus and aws. For engineers, there are also MAC. but i also heard many SB had merged their AWS into basic, can anyone share if LTA still have AWS?

are you applying for an engineering role there?
from what i last heard from a friend, yes, they have AWS bonuses.

thanks for the info. yes it is a project manager role. mind to share if you know the annual package (number of months) for such role as a avg performer? just need this info to weigh against my current package in a glc
