Annual package was near to 18. I know it because i always say i envy his package but not his work. lol

18 months is not too uncommon. So no salt required.

i read previous pages got ppl say 3.8 for fresh grad is high, so who knows my friend is kidding me.

No worries, thanks for sharing the hearsay.. To believe or nor its readers own responsibility.. We can't scream at HR and demand 3.8 if they offer us 3.2 right... Coz I hearsay 3.8 you better pay me...

yeah totally agree. salary also varies a few hundreds across different agencies, different roles.
btw, 70k per annum (3.9k * 18 mths) for a fresh grad is very high. congrates to your friend!

average performer is on an 18 mth package? then top performer 24 mths meh. whats their work hours like?
