Hi all. Does anybody know if resign from hdb, are there any rule saying we can't join back within a period? Or there isn't? I've left hdb for 3 months but due to career mismatch for new jobs, I reapplied hdb again. TIA!

How come the stat board was agreeable to you starting so late?? U asked them if you could start late when signing the letter? Are u also quitting n joining ur new stat board?

Yeah quit and join.. now all sign e-letter, no need go there sign.. i request to start late as i want keep my AWS and they are ok.. guess not much urgency to fill up the post..

Isn't it more worth to request secondment and keep the PB? Unless the raise was significant...

Take the job first, learn as much as u can and if u dont like it leave after at least 1 year
