Diploma entry mx14, next if promoted is mx13(i) then go mx13, then mx12.. if not high flyer took at least 5-6 yrs to promote.. that one also not guranteed.. so hard la bro for diploma want go those atas2 role..

Thanks for the info, so it’s 5 to 6 years per promotion or to reach MX12? If to reach MX12 I think still reasonable since a deg programme would already take 3 yrs or more.. would it mean for ppl a few yrs into their career got no incentive to take on a deg?

I'm working in a stat board and my current progression is per below:
2018 (26) - MX13: $4470
2019 (27) - MX12: $4880
2020 (28) - MX11: $5125
2021 (29) - MX11: $5650
Non-scholar. Local grad, second upper. Was recently called to be emplaced in the hipo program. Any idea roughly what's the pay package I should be getting?

Haiyah i mean salary wise. I am not scholar. Grades can enter suss pt and ft ntu. I considering suss pt cause i like the monthly paycheck lol

Even if you’re already working would definitely still suggest you take ntu. If you stay in civil services they will likely still discriminate, and if you wish your studies earlier you can get bumped to degree pay earlier and make up for it
