I recently joined SB-A less than 2 months ago. It is a major misfit and I was offered a job in SB-B. I was told that the salary will be match but cannot higher. Is this true?
And also, is it possible to transfer from A to B? Or SB-A will reject it? The new job is I applied myself thru [email protected]

if they cant match the salary then request for movement policy coz u can retain 13th month and remaining leaves and years in services but your current SB can delay your movement for 3 months..

Check with SB-A HR? If possible A and B will facilitate I think.
Is it ok for you to share why SB-A is a mis fit?
