Unless really bad performing or unlucky, most (90%) should hit 100k by 30. This is just around 6+k base with ~5-7 years experience... I hit 8k at 33yo and stuck there (ceiling) for 5 years now. Slowly waiting for a promotion or opportunity to transfer out to a higher ceiling role. I am doing a 'non essential' function in a SB.

You were stuck for 5 years and didn't look for a new job?

Can I know more about supernumerary positions? And how this affects emplacement (at what juncture will you be emplaced and how would u know?) And how long will someone with 3 years of exp in healthcare get promoted in SB? Am considering if it’s worth staying in SB for long or hopping out to gain experience.

Maybe too comfortable with the jiak liao bee lifestyle which makes it hard to switch to industry.
