Hence thinking of switching to the public service where theres a lot more stability and more structured progression.
That said, I also want to make sure I'm remunerated fairly based on the experience I have in the private sector. I'm not desperately trying to change job right now, hence wanted to find out if this package is reasonable in the public service, or if I should try negotiating or apply for other statutory boards instead.
Appreciate if someone can help advise if the package is reasonable for someone with 3 years private sector experience. Thanks!

Are you in a top tier BB? 5.5k after 3 years assuming you’re a grad hire seems kinda low. Know of ppl in MO/BO programs drawing 6k and up as associate after 3 years

Would u be keen to pursue a Science & Technology career in the public service? Assuming that your background fits the requirements.

About 3-4 months for an average performer.

Anyone knows what's the typical ceiling for farmers in ministries? Is it around 8-10k by the time they retire?

MX13(I) to MX12
I need to seek advice from civil servants here (those working in Ministries and Organs of state), especially from HR doing Performance Management.
My question is: How many years does it take to progress from MX13(I) to MX12?

Broadly speaking, is there a difference in salary and/or progression between policy and HR in ministries?
