They count the NS for guys as 2 yrs exp. So you have a 1yr exp advantage over a guy who did NS.

Heard a girl in SB got 3.3k for local fresh grad MX scheme. So yours sounds not great but still comparatively fair.

Fresh grad won't get 14 to 16 month pay.
Esp now covid. Maybe 13 month is good enough
