I see....Within 8, i believe there is upper and lower too.

I have also come to realise that without support, even a high CEP is not useful.

For sure EDB pays much better than MX. Their bonus structure rewards top performers with over 8 months of bonus for higher grades.

Opinion
Currently, I can reach my workplace within 40 mins. Stable job as I have been working for years. Got an job offer, higher pay, higher rank but travelling might increased by an hour and contract for first 2 years. Should I accept?

Maybe you can give more detail for us to have a better judgement. Eg, if the higher pay is $100 more, not worth it.

May we check what's your class of honor? The agency you are joined in under what field? Economy/ Social / defence etc? What's the pay offered?
