hi guys, i graduated in 2016 and have about 2+ years of working experience. Recently, I was offered a assistant manager position at IMDA. Salary is 4300, is this in line with market rate?

looks good to me. i graduated in 2009 (w ns) and have 9 yrs working experience. Was offered 6400 for a manager position.

got a job interview from LTA. i understand that LTA have mid, year end bonus and aws. For engineers, there are also MAC. but i also heard many SB had merged their AWS into basic, can anyone share if LTA still have AWS?

I have a friend in EDB associate programme (non scholar), second upper earning 3.9k and average bonus is almost 18x - given how hard they work, it’s the govt’s tier of investment bankers so 18x bonus is their reward.

Take it with a grain of salt but it gives you a reference.

Annual package was near to 18. I know it because i always say i envy his package but not his work. lol
