Is SUSS part time degree recognised?
How much can I expect to get with a pass degree? Annual increment and salary cap how much?

If work performance is poor (e.g. D or E grade), will it be carried with you throughout the civil service?

Maybe not top-tier ministries or CB. It depends on whether the HR recognises it and some top ministries can be very selective because your competitors all have stronger credentials.
I guess you can expect for a male to be 2.8-3.2k for a pass degree?
cap depends on which job level they place you in.

What do people mean when they say 2rd/3rd tier sb or ministry? Is it in terms of pay?
