What are you previously doing in MOE?
If it is relevant to the new job you are applying to, then they will allow you to retain some of exp.
Usually, transferring ministries even it is totally not relevant, you wont start from the fresh grad basepay

Teacher haha. Different pay scheme so was wondering what’s the process like. Feeling over worked and underpaid

education scheme pays much better than MX so you should expect a pay cut unless you are being hired on a specialist scheme, e.g. economist

Wonder if there will be wage adjustment soon given all the increase in prices of goods and services? Our increment of about 2 to 3% is insufficient..

But MX bonuses are better than GEO bonuses, so plus minus about the same.
