Your salary is near to ceiling. Increment start to drop few years before hit ceiling. Incremenr will not wait until the last year just before hit ceiling, then drop

Sound like LTA grade 9. Haha. Agree with other posters that your salary is near ceiling. You can ask your HR why there is drop in increment

Op here. Spoke to my director, he said that it's an across the board VMI cut since last year. No wonder got that salary adjustment. Those who still received your ~4% are very lucky!
