My salary history:
Year 1: $3900, no AWS, 0.5mth bonus (low bonus cos American company believe in gd performance reward with increment but not bonus)
Year 2: $4600, no AWS, 0.5mth bonus
Year 3: $4000, AWS, 2.8 mth bonus - switched to ministry, base lower, but overall more
Year 4: pending increment, currently contract-less cos HR screw up on renewal

2.8 mth bonus is C with PB 1.5 mth?

But in the preivous OP"s case, his second yr private sector pay was decent at $4600 but a newbie with 4k and minimal bonus (pb 1.5 and aws, excluding mid and end year) woukd already outperform his 4.5k w 12.5 package. Some private sector comapnies do have shitty bonuses and we cannot deny thar bonuses will bumo up the CS overall package.

The gap between 11a and 10 is rather significant. Farmers will generally remain in 11a for quite some time before getting the break through
