Is XT7 is MX11 or 11a? Any one can share the salary ceiling of XT7 on or MX 11/11a?

Usually fresh grad is XT5.. So likely XT5=MX12.. And XT6=MX11.. And XT7=MX11A..

I just got my VMI and has 3 years' service. My increment is only 2.5%... Just wondering if this is the normal or should I check with HR? My grade was C and PB 2mths. Last few years in current and other agencies, my increment is consistently 4% =/- a little bit, never below 3.9%.

Not to burst your bubble but what exactly would you be checking with HR on? That they might have made a mistake? On your pay specifically? Not saying its impossible, but def highly improbable.

the probable reason is getting lesser is because you are above the median of your grade salary point.

OP here. Is this permanent or just one-off?
For others, yes, I'm quite near by ceiling but still got room so feel very strange that my VMI fell by almost half.
