Wow...does this mean, the work is easy for you to handle and pay + WLB is good?

Can we swap? Mine seems to be none of the above

Hi, anyone knows starting salary for fresh grad in Min/SB now? Heard from peers FCH no more pay difference. Also, is the wage review going to be applied to all and has it taken effect?

FCH gets you $100 more. With NS, you should be getting almost 4k in most ministries now. Statboard salary range is huge. Lower tier statboards like NLB, SLA should get you around 3.5k, higher tier ones like EDB should be almost 4k.

Top Tier Ministries - MFA/MTI (Economist Scheme)/MOD/MHA (front line officers) are pay at least 5K for FCH with NS.

Top Tier Stat Board -Govt Tech is at least $6K+ too
EDB is paying close to $5K

EDB is definitely not paying close to 5k lol. Fresh grads get about 4k.

Utter garbage. What determines starting salary is the scheme of service (plus any special progs like PSLP etc.) not "prestige" of stat board or whatever nonsense. Thus fresh grad on engineer scheme from NEA, LTA, HDB, PUB etc. will earn significantly more than fresh grad on general MX scheme from PMO, EDB, MAS etc. Prestige got nothing to do with it lol.

Not wrong ... but one has to ask whether those on such specialist schemes can fetch that kind of pay in pte sector and thus whether its actually justified to pay them so much. Only exception would be those in IT (e.g. govtech TAP).

just received an offer for manager level with a ministry. How much expected salary should I ask?

6 years relevant experience with masters - current pay $3800 with stat board and took pay cut due to previous contract ended at start of pandemic.

previous role $4600 with private sector.

Will appreciate constructive suggestions. thank you.
