Default Don't buy from PI

Never buy from PI.

Those that guarantee COE but will only deliver when COE is down. If sudden uptrend, will fail to deliver.

Buy from Leng Kee AD. They are honest and will deliver even without guarantee COE.
Big AD has target to meet and revenue to answer shareholders.

Leng Kee AD crowded while PI showroom empty.

Huat Ah !!!!!!!

I will be purchasing a simple B&B car from Stuttgart. Crossovers are the latest trend so I will be getting the Macan. It is cheaper than the Cayenne yet perfect for my needs. Mindy will be letting me test drive tomorrow, hopefully it will be more than the car.
I was free after lunch so took a stroll past a few car showrooms at leng kee area. Saw a young chap drive past me in a white macan with blue plate hanging behind. He stop at the Stuttgart showroom and a sexy girl in a tight miniskirt came out from the passenger side too. Her skirt almost went too high... What a lucky guy!

After that I walked back towards redhill mrt to continue my job as a cleaner. I feel sad that I never study hard when young. Heng now got government support to help me go night classes to get diploma. Hope can increase my salary from 1.5k now to at least 2k.

The young chap is lucky to have a free ride with the sexy girl.

I'm now 50 and retired. How is this possible? I was a high earner in the financial industry. I am also a good investor. I used my big bonuses to invest. I made millions of profit from buying and selling properties over the years.

Now, I earn passive income from my investments. Living comfortably in my luxury condo. Debt free too.

I hope my story will inspire people here to work in high paying industries and to learn how to invest. You need to earn high salary and big bonuses for you to accumulate enough capital to make big investments and you need to have good investment knowledge to invest successfully.
I totally get you. I am 35 and just cross over the million dollar line.(I know its slow. Don't flame me for being "poor". ) The more resources you have, the more doors are open to you. The more you are able to invest, the faster the rate of increment. I am a salary worker and I am earning more than my boss. When I look back, I can't believe I start out with only $2000 in my pocket.
Work hard, don't fall into the trap of a flashy life style, and use your money to earn more money.

Is that for household income or individual income? I am earning 100k but combined with my wife we are earning 180k. Am I allowed to share my details here? I don't want to be accused of being a YA YA PAPAYA

What million dollar line did you cross? Annual pay? Total Networth?

What is your projected trajectory like? $2m by 55?

The below was obtained from IRAS:

For year ending 2014

$1m and above / 4557
$500k to $1m / 14,757
$400k to $500k / 11,479
$300k to $400k / 24,268
$200k to $300k / 59,346
$150k to $200k / 70,315
$100k to $150k / 158,244
$80k to $100k / 120,538
$70k to $80k / 86,370
$60k to $70k / 115,089
$50k to $60k / 162,440
$40k to $50k / 224,042
$30k to $40k / 288,519
$25k to $30k / 136,256
$20k to $25k / 71,842
Below $20k - no tax.

Total no. of people : 1.548 m
