Maybe you should broaden your horizon. This increment is absolutely doable from my own experience. I have a friend who went from 7k to 33k per month within the same time period.

We are both in law industry.

Hah, perhaps my mistake is posting on the poorer side of the forum? If you think I’m shitting you guys maybe you can go take a look at the lawyer salary thread. 11k is probably under the median for 29 year old lawyer.

Honestly I have no idea what is the purpose of this thread. Not like u know how much people is earning means u are also automatically entitled to that type of salary.

Sure there will always be outliers, top 0.1% that earn a obscene amount of money because they have the skills and luck to back it up. Stop being offended by what people post here, cos there is no way u can verify anything whether it is true or not.

Just keep thinking and looking at how to improve your market value. If u think u are worth a certain $/month, go for interviews, negotiate your way to your goals.

Sometimes i also wonder why i come to this forum. Lol. Maybe posting anonymously is fun.

Hope everyone live long and prosper. Peace.

It’s Singapore, where everyone is obsessed with money. Hah. And yes posting anonymously is kinda fun.
