service assurance is not really IT.
I don't have cs degree lol I'm from marketing but I do some online code camp and just apply. This role anyone can get in with just basic coding knowledge. But the pay is also crap...
Still better than my admin job so I take it

How much should one be earning roughly at 30? Seems like a lot of people these days can cross 100k/ year mark yet I’m still quite far away....

I was doing 118k annual at age 29.
Seems common among my peers to hit 100k by around 29 to 30.

Really depends on your sector and career domain. Different career path has different career salary ceiling. Life is beyond salary bah.
PS. Unless you be your own boss lo. But then it could go beyond 100k or the other way towards negative.
