Just say the name la. You mean frontier? There are only 2 clinic group that take residents. Frontier and raffles.

Only 5 letters. Not Frontier.

Actually, I really hate signing contracts in private. Public service never had to sign any contract as bonded and understood if break bond must pay.

Often you must scrutinise every word in the contract and make sure you understand fully before you sign as legal jargon can be rather difficult to understand.

But it doesn't pay to be an anchor Dr. Difficult to take leave and no worklife balance as frequently have to work nights and weekends.

Better to join a large group than small gtoup in my experience.

From my understanding, female docs are more sought after . Even if they go on Ml its only 4 months , have to consider big picture

But female Drs usually like to work parttime reduced office hrs hence it is difficult for small groups to accommodate that.

The big chain that I work for is quite flexible. I asked for reduced hrs and they agreed though had to compromise on the number of reduced hrs.

Almost all the female Drs I know there are working reduced hrs.

Can share which big chain? Im really keen on PT anchoring but cant find a place happy to accomodate so am locuming

Raffles or RMG. One female colleague doing jobsharing with another female colleague.

Now locum rates are as high as S$160. Just do regular shifts in different clinics is in a way anchoring at yr preferred timings i used to do that.
