So there were others like me? What did they do in the end?
Did they get back their owed pay?

He promised to pay me but never did. Hubby kept asking me to go to Small Claims Tribunal but I didn't.

I think he has issues with female Drs. All of his anchor Drs were male when I joined them.

But it doesn't pay to be an anchor Dr. Difficult to take leave and no worklife balance as frequently have to work nights and weekends.

Better to join a large group than small gtoup in my experience.

From what i heard their complaints on rescinding of off days etc. eventually got them back.

It is much much easier to take mc and leave in a large group as thereare more Drs to help cover. Being able to take leave is very important to me. I sometimes get burnt out from work and will need leave to recuperate. Pay is secondary to me as no point having high pay and unable to take leave. It is not sustainable.

I am a dr. But dunno what the name of the clinic is. I been out of SG too long already.
