this year good year for me. exceptional rating
with July bonus annual just a bit more than 250k.
cluster I cannot tell u haha..if not can narrow down
Based on my calculation, that will be around 6 mth bonus.
Mmeder become AC after around 3 years, starting around 12k, assuming average of 5% increments, that will be around 13.8k or close to 14k.
- To get 250k, you need to get 6 mth bonus. (Didn't know bonus so high even for A graders &#128514

Can I ask is there a pay limit for associate consultant, consultant, or senior consultants in public sector.

Let's take a AC in ops for example, assuming one does not want to pursue fellowship, they will be stuck at AC level forever. If one stays in ops forever, an annual increment of 3-4 % for an average perfomer will mean that one's pay will close to double in around 8-9 years. Just wondering will there be a upper limit cap or your pay will continue to increase as long as you stay?

lolz. the moment u start to talk about bonus in months already reveal u not working in ops.
just smoking pple.
bonus not much.
it's the quality, the service and the appointment pay that matters.
those who knows..knows.

yup it's true... i'm more junior than OP with no appointments with above average grading and my total 'bonus' including service / performance / CVB, is really about 5-6 months.

Just curious, I am under moh, but at the end of the day, all bonus at the end of the day is still counted in months?
You can have as many different components or appointment as you want, but it's still counted as xx mth for each component, unless you telling me each bonus is a absolute cash amount (e.g like the covid one off payment)
