180-220k is for smaller chains liao. Raffles / parkway much lesser.
44 hour GP contract usually means 2 night shifts and saturday
14 days annual leave that u must take on weekly basis. Max maybe 18 days after 3 years.
MC frown upon
No annual increment.
Hit KPI then maybe give u some bonus
CME onself settle.
Forever live in a small room. the receptionist is your best friend.
HC better la.
Basic pay low, u can still BTO and huat if u get a good place.
Annual 160K but
24 days annual starting , max at 28
3 days FCL
Conference leave -> sign up 10 days max
got paternity leave
wife preggie got maternity
MC clear 2 days every quarter -> don't be the top MC taker but dun short change yourself also.
CME go there sign and sleep -> usually lunch provided
Other training u got time off , eg BCLS
Hospital scenery definitely better -> at least got cute HO and baby MO every year.
unlike GP setting where u keep seeing patient, hospital can possibly have quiet time
Also 160K is HC nia
SHC and PHC even more.

Must become specialist with Pte practice
Coz thats where the pay increased really
Hospital pay c is also pretty dismal compared to a thriving Pte practice

Anyone knows how much more does Raffles pay compared to MOHH as a MO or RP? It is significantly more comparing the annual salary package inclusive of bonuses? Or better stay with MOHH?

Sounds like HC earn more than OPS doctors, see less patients a day too.

HC still need to work like a dog. Under supervisor of consultants. Some HCs probably in a few years wondering why they are more experienced but still need to do HOMO job like take blood and DRE the patient. While earning so much less than the consultants.
