Seems that it will take a while before public sector pay catches up with private sector. (Not just fp/doctors, talking about in general across healthcare)

There is a pay gap due to risk premium

Bankers earn more than civil servants
Tuition centre teachers earn more than Moe teachers

Hello. OPS / fam med is meant to be cheap labour, healthier SG to prevent healthcare costs from escalating.
There is no incentive to pay you more at all. You chose this route so suck it up.
Stop complaining and whining about pay raise.

think about it - whether you are MBBS, GDFM, MMed, FCFP...
the value you can add to a patient within 5 minutes is the same.
hence, there is really no incentive to keep increasing your pay.
might as well keep the pay low, retain RPs and MBBS holders to run the show.
low running cost, same output = good governance.
