Even if there is an increase it will be so small compared to what the private sector is paying for GPs and locums.

The government should not increase. It will do nothing to stop people from leaving. It might give a little bit of a boost of morale. But that's about it. Not worth it.

Difference is 10 k a year
If they can bridge that gap wld be good
Poly base is low but bonus is 6 months total as have retention bonus , Qi bonus etc
Outside base high but bonus low
Dont be fooled by the 12-14 k per month tag , see total package
Outside AL 14 days
Poly AL is total 30 days including off days- i have not counted birthday leave , FCL etc yet
