Hi all, anyone have insights on the Consulting Analyst - LEAP by McKinsey? Is it worth joining and what’s the salary and conversion rate? It’s a 12 months contract so was worried it doesn’t look good on the cv and may pose difficulty in exiting to other roles and firms since despite it being a MBB

To get into MBB is it compulsory first class honours or minimum second upper? Was there cases where candidates with lower Cgpa or honours get in?

Got an interview with Bain. I didn't have 1st or 2nd upper honours but finished with a Master. Have been working for about 10yrs.

Was informed that there are 4 rounds besides the 1st one with HR which was a fairly quick and generic.

What is the progression like at Big4 advisory? (not the strategy arms)

anyone heard back from any consulting firms for 2023 graduates?

OW - ~100k base, OTB 10-15%
IQVIA - 75-80k, bonus should be negligible since it's healthcare
Baringa - 72k base, OTB 20%, guaranteed 10% annual increment

Data points from myself and my circle. All entry-level roles (Analyst/Associate/Ass. Consultant/whatever boutiques call it these days)
