Heard Altman Solon is about 100k TC annual for an analyst (70-85k base with a higher bonus).
AM base is similar. Delta pays significantly more but the working hours are also proportionately higher.

Globally, they appear to be 2x the size of delta partners? But sounds like they do more private equity than corporate work so they are more comparable to Analysys Mason (except more prestigious / higher paying?)
Anyone knows how they fare within APAC? Noticed their experienced hires are a mix from different competitors: Delta partners / AM / OW / S& / Monitor as well as 1-2 from banking backgrounds: Temasek / Morgan Stanley

I checked the comp for OW on glassdoor and I am a bit confused. Is the 90k total comp (with average bonus) or is the 90k base compensation? The bonus structure goes maybe 20% average so technically, the base could be 75k with 15k bonus right?
