Yeah. Not an apple to apple comparison - comparing salaries front loaded and not front loaded. Fairer to compare total annual compensation.

BM NQ is around 105-110k
Big4 and some of the midtier firms (e.g. rodyk, tsmp) around 70-80k (not including the exceptional teams)

Wow 70-80k is not impressive considering the hours...I can earn about the same amount at MFA.

Yeah. Non-legally trained fresh graduates get about 70k a year in the CS after factoring in bonuses.
