Work hard and develop your skills and niche. I managed to jump to an international firm, without even going to any big-four or higher-end mid-sized local firm.

It is a bit harder nowadays because of the economic downturn. Intl firms are more discerning now and don't just take anybody they can get, unlike in the past 2 years.

Ok lah just like any other mid-tier/biggish firm. Pay I heard comparable to B4 but not so sure about utilisation targets. They are quite big on private client work so if you like working for billionaires then that's probably good for you.

Culture/bosses is always gonna be very team dependent.

Generally my friends there don't seem to complain much but I heard their RE team turnover quite high.

Can also consider Adam Maniam's team. Gerally good feedback as a boss but I hear despite the awards most of the work is small criminal and workman comp type files. Any big file is those passed over by Cavindar.

What about considering others - Rakesh, or Jimmy Yim.

Saw some news that Oon TS was charged with SFA related breach regarding Swiber. If I'm not mistaken, thats one of Oon & Bazul's name partners.
