I would say WongP M&A is a strong choice, and would prefer that over NRF as NRF Arbitration is alot weaker now after the departure of Darius Chan and KC Lye.

The answer is a bit more nuanced than that. For general corp, A&G is probably your best bet. But WongP is arguably stronger in the private equity sphere, and that is where everybody says the money is.

But this is just splitting hairs and corp anywhere in the Big4 aside from Drew is largely the same in terms of quality. U really think marking up an SPA is that different between places? lol

To be honest, both are truly second rate compared to the real internationals. You go to London and say you from Bird2 or SH they look at you with scorn. Maybe join if you want stepping stone (or pebble).
