MI is not just based on PB, but CEP

There is no more CEP. There's now only LP (leadership potential) which is MX9 and above. And if you are LP9 and above, trust me, you'll know.

hi all, i was offered a recontract and got a nominal increment of +190 for my new contract

MX 11...is this too low?
