What's the typical increment when promoted from MX13 to MX12 arh?

I worked for 1 year. First job. Office jobscope. Performance grade B. Gross salary got increment of 500 when jump from MX13 to MX12. Above or below average?

which statboard? Your other colleagues also getting similar increment as well?

Ministry. Nv discuss with colleagues so nt very sure.

Its above average.

B for MX 13 to 12 is not very common. Hence your increment is better than most of your peers who should be getting notional increment (C grade).

accidently saw a person promotional letter... from mx13 to mx12.. salary $3500... dunno how much increment.. this is a ministry btw..

i got promoted to mx 12 too but only $300 increment as stated in the letter.

I don't think $3500 is low for a new MX 12, who is basically an officer in his/her 2nd year.

$500 increment from mx 13 to mx 12 is really high. did you go in with FCH.
