Diff answer, No.. cause you still under your 1-year probation period.. you will receive your first MI on your 1st year anniversary (upon confirmation of the probation).. subsequent MI will then be on the normal June period.. Coming from 11 years exp in both Ministry and Statboard..

They go by % based on the grade you got.

The prorate is from which month onward.
The Pro rated amount is based on months or no. of days. Any formula they used.

Dropping here for all to know that from 2025 onwards, all civil servants including stats board MI and promotion will be standardised at the month of April.

what is the average merit increment amount and %? is it normal to get below $100?
