merit increment in civil service

My MI only 2.4%. Peanuts, since my pay is peanuts to begin with.

is there still merit increment after pay adjustment?

may i know if i just join stat board this august. does pay increment only happen after 1year of service or happen every end of the year?

Prorated. same for your bonuses. Will get the full amount from the following year onward.

How much was MI precovid for MX13/12? Got 5% for avg performer?

If mx11a less than half way point, is there a % range that you're aware of? Is it abt 3%? <3% can't even keep up with inflation 🙃

saw few posts say last time increment alot higher. wonder if it is true and how much higher
