I am been offered a position from my previous company. My last pay at my ex-company was as a Sales Manger at S$3725/mth, and since then i have made career change for Snr Sales Engr which pay S$3200/mth. The new job offer is Sales/Technical manager for asia pacific. I was wondering what pay package should i demand. I have 13years of experience in this job, so i should expect more than just 10-20% pay increase? Can advise? Thanks!

For your info, I don't need to be a corporate jet pilot to crash from the skies. When one is down on luck. Even anyone driving on the road can also crash and die easily or even choked to death on eating or passenger liner ship can sink while on holiday.

In fact according to statistics, flying is so much more safer than driving a car or riding a bike.

My rewards are fantastic and attractive. Risk is down to minimium if one knows what he or she is doing cos we are darn well trained. And also I never mentioned that my salary package is higher than yours. Don't put words into my mouth ya !!!

Yea you can control your time well and delegate things FYA properly. More importantly, you make the final decisions. So be it,that's your choice!!! But for me, best part is I don't even have to go to office everyday and get paid every month. All I have to do is just to wait for a phone call while I get to enjoy golf like most big CEOs during weekdays while most people are working in the offices.

Yea having a 6 figure annual income is no big deal or "****" as u call it, but to be able to make couple of millions for me in just 3 years is a Big **** to me.

To some of our fellow readers here, even making 5 figures income is a big deal to their family. So I am quite piss when u mentioned to you it's no big "****"

Pls spare a thought for some people here who don't earn as much when u make such crude and insensitive comments.

I had to attend a couple of interviews before being shortlisted, just like any professional occupation. I wish you all the very best in your search for your dream career.

Everyone here reading this thread including Mr Admin have witnessed yr cursing of me with a plane crash and best of all mighty God knows. So u better watch out, u better donate more to victims of China earthquake or MYANMAR hurricane!!! You never know when you will have "your crash" as well for it could be 10 times worst.

No worries. Some people just love to feel elite at a young age ( he mixed with people earning 9K and above ). I can understand that, but just a matter of fact being cocky and arrogant at that age will not get him too far in life later on.

I will just say his presence here boasting his capability at his age is annoying everyone for sure.

Given his IQ level to post 2 replies to me within mins as mentioned in above few posts and asking people here is his salary high enough, made him looked darn silly more likely a nincompoot. I seriously doubt this chap is a Media director !! Perhaps he is just a bogus, a pathetic student studying for his A levels.
