Not too sure about Strategy but it should usually command about 10-20% higher than Consulting Arm. TAP is correct based on 4.5k + 300 (allowance) + 100 (transport).

For now, I foresee myself to probably get stuck at Senior manager or at best associate director at 40s until I retire or get fired I am satisfied with the salary and my humble 4 rm bto flat. Different people have different priorities in life
